联合会（UAW）协商达成的劳工协议，这标志着UAW主席肖恩·费恩任期内取得的最重要胜利之一。　　美国南方地区一直是工会难以攻克的难关，而费恩自 2023 年当选UAW主席以来，就把组织该地区的工厂以及全美各地工厂的活动作为自己的首要任务。　　根据这份为期四年的协议，工人们将获得 20%的加薪，同时还将享受到更好的医疗保障和工作保障。　　“大众汽车的员工又克服了一座难关，”费恩在一份声明中说道。
